Takeover of Soko.nl by SQR.NL

On Jan. 1, 2023, SQR.NL acquired the web hosting company Soko.nl. Active in the Dutch market since 2005, Soko.nl offered a wide range of hosting and cloud solutions.

SQR.NL is a leading Dutch hosting provider that focuses on quality and affordable hosting and cloud solutions. With the acquisition of Soko.nl, SQR.NL strengthens its position in the Dutch hosting market and expands its customer base and service portfolio.

According to Mark Kraakman, managing director of SQR.NL, the acquisition of Soko.nl fits into the company’s strategy of combining organic growth with strategic acquisitions. “I am extremely pleased that we can welcome Soko customers to the SQR family.”
