How do I set up my mail for Outlook 2019 on Windows 10?

Follow the steps in this guide to set up your mail in Outlook 2019 on Windows 10:

1. 1. Click on “File.
   2. Then click 2x on “Account Settings.
   3. In the next screen, click on “New.
   4. Click “Manual setup or additional server types.
   5. Click on “POP or IMAP.
   6. Enter the following information as follows:
      • Your name
      • Email address
      • Choose “IMAP.
      • The server name of your hosting package. You can find these in
        My Hosting
        under ‘Services’ -> ‘My services’ -> Select the appropriate package -> ‘Hosting information’
      • Your username (is the same as your email address)
      • Your password
   7. Then click on “More Settings.
   8. Click on the Server for Outgoing E-mail tab.
   9. Check “Authentication is required for the server for my outgoing e-mail (SMTP).
   10. Then click on the “Advanced” tab.
   11. For incoming e-mail, change the port number to ‘993’ and choose ‘SSL connection’ from the dropdown menu.
   12. In outgoing e-mail, change the port number to ‘465’ and also choose ‘SSL connection’ from the dropdown menu here.
   13. After this, click “OK.
   14. Click “Next.
   15. Your email account is now configured.
