Tracking your email within Plesk
It is possible within Plesk to track your email delivery, we explain how you can do that through the steps below.
Please note that it is only possible to track the mail through the steps below if email is also sent through the package.
- Log in to your My Hosting account
- Click on Services
- Click on the appropriate subscription
- Click the Login button on the Plesk control panel
- Click on Mail under the domain name
- Click on Track Delivery
Note: If the sent and/or received mail is not visible, you can click Refresh to retrieve the last mail of the domain name from the logs on the server.
Note: If the mail was not sent properly due to any reason, you can resend the mail by selecting the mail by placing a check mark in the box in front of the email, then you can click on Resend, if you then click on Refresh you can see if the mail is now delivered properly or if the mail was sent to your own mailbox you can also check in the mailbox if the mail arrived properly.
