Upgrade existing Microsoft 365 environment

Through My Hosting, you can easily manage your Microsoft 365 environment. For example, you can easily adjust the amount of available mailboxes.

Upgrading

1. Log in to My Hosting.
2. In the“Dashboard,” go to“Services.
3. Click on the Microsoft 365 environment for which you want to make change
4. In the menu, click on “Customize Subscription.
5. Increase the number in the field of the desired license by the number of licenses to be ordered
   Microsoft 365 Business Standard with Copilot thus becomes 1, instead of 0 in this case.
6. ‘Click to continue’
7. Go through the process to the payment screen and complete the order
8. Once the order is placed, we will order the license and inform you about it
