Waarschuwing: Valse domeinverlengings-emails in omloop

We want to warn you about fraudulent emails currently circulating. Scammers are sending phishing emails that pose as official messages about expiring domain names.

How do you recognize these scam emails?

These fraudulent emails have some clear characteristics:

• They come from unknown senders (for example, secviision@visarte-basel.ch) and not from hosting.nl
• They create extreme urgency: “Your domain expires in 3 days”
• They contain buttons that lead to unknown websites

What can you do?

✓ Always check the sender of emails about your domains
✓ Log in directly to your hosting account to check the status of your domains
✓ Never click on links in suspicious emails
✓ If in doubt: delete the email and contact us

Important: Legitimate emails from hosting.nl always come from an @hosting.nl email address and contain your specific customer details.
