Having a Backup of your Exchange Mailbox Created

Hosting.NL generally does not create exports/backups of your mailboxes, since you can arrange this with a few clicks via your email client. You can easily export a mailbox via your email client, which you can save locally or import to another mailbox.

If you have Hosted Exchange with us and prefer not to create a backup of your email yourself, we can arrange this for you at Hosting.NL. However, there are costs involved.

Below you will find some useful information:

1. We charge €25.00 per mailbox excl. VAT
2. You will receive the export in a .pst file
3. We send the export via a secure link
4. The backup will be created on the agreed date
5. We create the backup once
6. You are responsible for downloading the backup files in time
