Add an FTP Account

Follow the steps below to add an FTPS account.

• Log in to My Hosting
• Click on Services
• Click on the appropriate subscription
• Click the Login button on the Plesk control panel
• Click on FTP Access

Click on Add an FTP account to create an FTP account

Please note: We do not support insecure FTP connections; instead, use FTPS (implicit FTP over TLS).
