Change FTP Details

Follow the steps below to change your FTP details.

Please note: We no longer support insecure FTP connections; use FTPS (implicit FTP over TLS) instead.

• Log in to My Hosting
• Click on Services
• Click on the appropriate subscription
• Click the Login button on the Plesk control panel
• In the Dashboard, click Connection information:
  
• Click the pencil icon behind password to change the password
• Enter a new password or click Generate
• Re-enter the password or click Show
• Finally, click OK to save the data.
