Managing files and folders with Plesk File Management

Plesk File Manager allows you to manage the files and folders on your domain’s FTP space through the Plesk Control Panel.

1. Log in toMy Hosting
2. Go to ‘Services’ and click on ‘My Services’
3. Click on the ‘Service’
4. Click ‘Login to the plesk control panel’
5. In the menu, click on‘Domain name‘ and then click on your domain
6. In the now opened window, under the heading“Files,” click on“File Manager.
7. In the overview, click on a folder from which you wish to edit the files, for example‘httpdocs‘.
8. Behind the files & folders are various icons through which you can, for example, rename, open, view or modify a file. To change the permissions of a file or folder, click on a line under the“Permissions” heading.
9. The bar above the list of files also allows you to delete, modify, move and/or add data.
