Out of office hours escalate a problem

Want to escalate a problem outside of office hours? You can but don’t use this option lightly.

This is how to escalate a problem outside of office hours

  1. Ask a question in My Hosting.NL
  2. Adjust urgency to Critical – highest priority
  3. Make sure the message contains the word ESCALATION

Your submitted message will now be immediately escalated.
