Protecting your website with a username and password
Follow the steps below to secure your website with a username or remove security.
- Log in to My Hosting
- Click on ‘Diensten’
- Click on the appropriate subscription
- Click the “Login to the Plesk control panel” button.
- Click on the appropriate domain name
- Click on ‘Shielded folders’
enable security
Click “Add shielded folder” to enable folder protection.
adjust security
Click on the title of the protected environment to adjust security.
disable security
Check the shielded folder and then click the ‘No longer shield’ button
