Doesn’t your domain name have an SPF record yet?
Then contact your current domain name provider and have a DNS TXT record added with the following content:
"v=spf1 mx a include:spf.hosting.nl -all"
Does your domain name already have an SPF record?
If an SPF record is already active for your domain name add include:spf.hosting.nl to the existing record.
an example
Your current SPF record may look like the following
"v=spf1 mx include:_spf.google.com include:spf04.hubspotemail.net -all"
This SPF record ensures that your e-mail provider (mx) , Google (_spf.google.com) and Hubspot (spf04.hubspotemail.net) are allowed to send e-mail with @jouwdomeinnaam.nl as the sender. We will now add include:spf.hosting.nl to this so that the email sent from our environment with @jouwdomeinnaam.nl as sender can also be delivered. The SPF record will then look like this:
"v=spf1 mx include:_spf.google.com include:spf04.hubspotemail.net include:spf.hosting.nl -all"
Check here that you have set the SPF record correctly.
