New version My SQR

A new version of My SQR went live today. In this new version, a lot of bugs have been fixed and minor and major improvements have been made. In this blog post, we highlight some of the changes.

Single Sign On from the My SQR Dashboard

In the spirit of saving time: you can now click through to the Plesk control panel right after logging in!

the correct first name will be displayed from now on

Since the introduction of “Users” late last year, the correct first name was not always displayed 🤭. Something small but messy. Resolved ✔️.

VPS snapshots

Snapshots were created properly in the background but unfortunately not always displayed in the VPS management dashboard. From now on, created snapshots will be displayed properly again ✔️. More changes are planned soon to further improve the speed and management of your VPS. Watch this space! 👀

‘My customers’ improvements

Our partners have access to the “My Customers” dashboard that allows them to manage their customers’ subscriptions and domains. We added some cool improvements to this dashboard

Faster

For partners with many customers, the “My Customers” dashboard is now much faster! Up to 50x faster 🔥.

Searchable

You can now search your customers, subscriptions and domains directly from the ‘My Customers’ dashboard and then click directly through to the customer, subscription or domain name management page.

Add customers more easily

The screen to add a new customer has been stripped of many unnecessary fields, making adding new customers a lot faster – and error-free! – goes.
