SQR.NL achieves ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 certification

As of March 23, 2017, SQR.NL holds ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 certifications. By obtaining these certifications, SQR.NL gives its customers assurance around the continuity and quality of its services.

As an organization, we are proud of achieving the new certifications for SQR.NL. Quality assurance

The ISO 20000 certification focuses specifically on ensuring the quality that SQR.NL delivers. “By obtaining this certification, we guarantee our customers that we have the quality of our services tested annually,” Visser said. In practice, this means that SQR.NL has an external and independent party oversee the quality that is delivered. Through an annual review, SQR.NL gives its customers the guarantee that they are using the services of a quality shared hosting party that has built in fixed procedures as an assurance of that quality.

Whereas ISO 20000 focuses primarily on quality assurance, ISO 27001 revolves around service continuity and security. This also involves an annual review of SQR.NL’s procedures that are arranged around security, backups and redundancy, among other things. SQR.NL knows better than anyone how important 24/7 accessibility and optimal security is in today’s times. By obtaining ISO 27001 certification, SQR.NL’s customers can rest assured that all procedures regarding continuity and security are in order.
