How do I set up my Exchange Pro mail on my iPhone or iPad?
You can install your Hosted Exchange Pro on any device. So too on your iPhone or iPad. This way you are always and from any location online to do business and become successful online. You can also view and schedule your appointments with your (potential) customers via your iPhone. Just like looking up your contacts.
Note the steps below are from the latest IOS though and may possibly differ slightly from older models.
Configure Mail
- Go to ‘Settings’
- Go to “Passwords and Accounts.
- Click on ‘New account’
- Select type ‘Exchange’
- Under ‘E-mail’, enter: your e-mail address
- Under ‘Description’ enter: Exchange (or something else of your choice)
- Click ‘Next’
- You will now get a message about logging in, please choose ‘Log in’
- The ‘E-mail’ field is already filled in
- Under ‘Password’, enter: your password
- Under ‘Description’ enter: Exchange (or something else of your choice)
- Enter at ‘Server’: ‘outlook.exchange-login.net’
- ‘Domain’ can be left blank
- Under ‘User name enter: your email address
- Click ‘Next’
- Click on ‘Save’
- Next you specify what you want to synchronize, this you can choose yourself
- Click on ‘Save’
- Your email is ready for use
