Where can I find the transfer token for my domain name?

If you want to move your domain name to another hosting party you will need a move token/authorization code/EPP code. In this article we explain how you can look up such a move token in My Hosting.

1. Log in op Mijn Hosting
2. Now click on directly in the Dashboard on Domain Names
   Or in the top menu on Domain Names -> My Domain Names
3. Click on the domain name whose move token you want to retrieve
4. In the left-hand menu, click on Request Moving Token
5. The move token (EPP code) is now displayed and, depending on the domain name extension, is valid for several days.

After a domain name is moved to another hosting party you will of course no longer receive invoices from us for this domain name. The DNS zone is then also deleted at Hosting. We cannot restore a backup of this. In some cases you will not receive a transfer token/transfer code/EPP code. In that case you cannot retrieve the code via My Hosting.
