How do I set up my Exchange Pro mail on my Windows Phone?
You can install your on any device. So too on your Windows phone. This way you are always and from any location online to do business and become successful online. You can also view and schedule your appointments with your (potential) customers via your Windows mobile device. Just like looking up your contacts.
System requirements:
- Minimum Windows Phone 6.
- Hosted Exchange Pro mailbox.
Make sure you meet the above system requirements.
- At “Start,” swipe left to the “App” list, select “Settings,” then “Email + accounts.
- Select ‘Add an account’ > ‘Outlook’.
- Enter your e-mail address and password and select “Sign Up. Windows Phone will now try to configure your e-mail account automatically. If configuration completes successfully, proceed to step 7.
- If you see the message “Check your information and try again,” you may have entered your password incorrectly. Make sure you have entered the correct e-mail address and password. During this phase, you do not need to specify values for ‘Username’ and ‘Domain’. Select “Sign in. If the configuration completes successfully, proceed to step 7.
- If your e-mail account cannot be set up automatically, you will see the message “We could not find your settings. Select “Advanced. You must enter the following information:
- ‘Email address’: This is the full email address, for example, ‘voornaam.achternaam@sqr.nl’.
- ‘Password’: This is the password for your e-mail account.
- ‘Username’: This is your full email address, for example: ‘voornaam.achternaam@sqr.nl’.
- ‘Domain’: This is the part of your e-mail address after the @ sign, for example: ‘sqr.nl’.
- ‘Server’: outlook.exchange-login.net
- ‘Select’: ‘Show all settings’ and make sure the ‘Server requires encrypted (SSL) connection’ box is selected.
- Select “Sign in.
- Select “OK” if Exchange ActiveSync asks you to enforce policies or set a password.
- Your email is ready for use
