Complaint Procedure

Where can you take your complaint?

We are committed to our customers and work daily to serve our customers to the best of our ability. Still, you may not be completely satisfied with our service. We would like to hear this as soon as possible. Then we can solve the problem as soon as possible. If you have a complaint you can contact our support staff via chat, email or by phone at 072 751 34 06.

Is your complaint not resolved to your satisfaction?

In that case, you can send an email to describing your complaint in detail, including the ticket number, name of support person, date the complaint was submitted and customer number, if any, indicating the service involved. You will then receive a response from us within three business days.

Not satisfied with response?

Then you can let us know by e-mail and your complaint will be taken up by the Service Manager.

Are we still not getting there?

In this exceptional case, you can report your complaint to the European ODR platform
