As a Hosting Partner receive quota notifications

We can well imagine that as a Hosting Partner you like to be informed when a customer’s hosting package is over quota. Unfortunately, as a Hosting partner, it is not currently possible to receive quota notifications regarding a customer’s hosting package that is not linked to one of our Reseller Hosting packages. Within the ‘Reseller Hosting’ packages, this is possible and the parent ‘Reseller’ automatically receives quota notifications for the underlying clients and packages.

The feature to allow Partners to receive quota notifications is on our roadmap and is known to us as number 7419.

Please contact us if you would like to have one or more hosting packages converted or merged into a Reseller Hosting package.
