Configuring your MTA or website to use an alternate smarthost

You can use Filtermail as a smarthost relay to send outgoing e-mail from your e-mail server or website. Using the documentation below, configure the smarthost spf.filtermail.eu with port 587 + TLS.

Supplies:

• You must first whitelist the IP address or create an SMTP user.

Testing the MTA

Download this script to test the connection to outgoing.antispam-login.net.

• Download the script to the intended relay server and extract it.
• Pass line 12 “info@janjansen.nl” to your e-mail address.
• For via CLI, issue the following command:

php /pad/naar/smtptest/index.php
